Equipped with the state-of-the-art technology and best in class instrumentation, we can detect and identify components at trace and ultra-trace limits. The benchmark for our analytical services include leading domestic and international laboratories. NBR is capable of certifying safety as well as purity using the same methodologies, protocol and instruments that are accepted and validated by globally recognized statutory bodies from Australia, Europe, Japan, UK and the US.
Instruments such as HPLC (with different detectors), LCMS-MS (high sensitive Q trap systems), and GCMS/MS, GC-FID, FTIR, Ion Chromatography, UV-Visible spectrophotometer and ICP-MS are utilized for our analyses. Our Microbiology laboratory is well-equipped with a clean room, a laminar flow and biosafety cabinets.
A wide array of matrices including food, water, beverages, spices and condiments, fats and oils, Ayurveda & herbal products, animal feeds, food additives and preservatives can be analyzed. Heavy and trace metals, adulterants, pesticides, antibiotics, steroids, pathogens, spoilage microorganisms, nutritive value of foods are some of the parameters that are tested for in our labs. Methods used in our laboratory are those recommended by AOAC, APHA, ASTA, FCC, FSSAI, IS & ISO, USEPA, USFDA-BAM, USP, as well as specific methods developed and validated in our laboratory.

Instrumentation
The analytical laboratory also has an instrumentation section equipped with state-of-the-art advanced instruments. A lot many analyses that would requires days of analysis, now have a much reduced TaT of a few hours due to automated instrumentation.
